The GD type folding belt vacuum drum filter is a filtering device that continuously suction and filter, dedry and automatically unload under vacuum. This product is especially suitable for concentrating filtration and dedrying of materials with low solid-liquid concentration, fine particle size and high viscosity. According to different materials, GD type folding belt filters are divided into structural forms such as GD, GDY, WGD.
How it works:
GD filter is a walking solid-liquid separation equipment for filter cloth. During the working process, under vacuum suction, the material in the tank body passes through the filter cloth, enters the distribution valve through the suction pipe, and then enters the vapor-liquid separator from the liquid outlet pipe of the distribution valve and is discharged. The solid substance remains on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The filter cake is automatically unloaded through the unloading roller under the driving force of the filter cloth. The filter cloth enters the cloth washing box through an automatic deviation correction device, and is regenerated under double-side rinsing of high-pressure rinsing water. Then, after the tightening roller, it returns to the surface of the drum to start a new filtration work (program).
