Working principle:
The GWJ crystallizer adopts two sets of cooling circulation systems inside and outside. The cylinder is equipped with a spiral belt stirrer, a scraper plate on the end surface, and mechanical seals are installed at both ends. Crystallization equipment for horizontal installation and circulating water cooling of precipitation crystals. During the working process, the saturated crystal liquid is injected from the feed port on the upper part of the crystallizer, and gradually cools down under the joint cooling of the circulating water in the spiral tube and the cylinder jacket. The crystallization liquid adheres to the surroundings of the crystal and gradually grows up. The spiral belt stirrer mixes the seeds and crystal liquid in the cylinder evenly to avoid the generation of pseudo-crystals and ensures the uniform size of the crystal particles. After a certain period of time, the crystal liquid gradually decreases, the crystal gradually increases, and the crystallization process is completed.
