The TXW type carbon fiber drum filter is a filtering device that continuously suction and filter, dedry and automatically unload under vacuum. This product is especially suitable for concentrating filtration and dedrying of materials with fine particle size and low viscosity.
How it works:
During the operation of the drum: in the suction filter area, the material particles in the tank body are adsorbed on the surface of the drum under vacuum suction to form a filter cake. The liquid passes through the filter cloth and is sucked into the drum suction pipe and is discharged to the distribution valve end; in the suction area, the filter cake is continued to be suction after leaving the liquid surface, further reducing the moisture in the filter cake; in the dilution area, the residual liquid in the filter cake is further recovered; in the discharge area, the filter cake is peeled by blowing and slipping down along the scraper, thereby realizing the solid-liquid separation of the material; in the filter cloth washing area, the filter cloth is clean and regenerated; and then enters the next working cycle.
