Wenrui'Integrity Service'Results--Guangxi Xianhe Annual Production of 400,000 tons of bleached chemical slurry line was successfully started in one go

Recently, the Guangxi Xianhe Annual Production of 400,000 tons of bleaching chemical slurry line project was successfully launched in one go. In this project, it was led by Wenrui customer service department and professional personnel from the technical department, manufacturing department and other departments participated, forming a key project service team to collaborate on-site. Our company provides professional and customized services according to the personalized needs of customers, and participates in the process plan formulation, equipment guidance and installation, operation training, debugging and operation services throughout the process, meeting the unique needs of customers and playing an indispensable role in the smooth production of the project.

In this slurry line, Wenrui provides four-stage elementless chlorine (ECF) bleaching process section main equipment based on the project's process and capacity requirements, including high-efficiency double-roll slurry extruder, bleaching reaction tower slurry, reaction tower unloader and unfloating slurry tower bottom unloader, etc. In addition, Wenrui also provides full-service support such as automation control and process design.

The Wenrui service team strictly implements technical standards during the installation stage and successfully completes the equipment guidance installation work. At the same time, suggestions are made on pipeline technology, auxiliary equipment layout, etc. to avoid operational obstacles. During the debugging stage, actively participate in process balance calculation and calibration, check the layout of on-site instruments, pipelines and equipment, put forward suggestions for improvement to ensure the overall operation of the slurry line, and follow the work 24 hours a day to debug and train staff on-site. During the operation, abnormal flange program, abnormal EOP tower pressure, abnormal cylinder, and abnormal double roller pressure caused by improper process operation were solved. Especially in the pressure abnormality treatment process of the EOP tower, although it is not our equipment, it seriously affects the operation of the entire line. The liquid level, current and flow of the medium-concentrated pump are strongly fluctuated. By climbing the top of the 40-meter tower many times, the final solution is to the problems of instrument valves and other problems caused by pipeline layout. During this period, we promptly discovered and dealt with process fluctuations and system failure problems, and taught the operators the operating skills in person, achieving the goals of safety, stable process and skill teaching of bleaching section equipment, ensuring the success of customer's one-time feed operation. Currently, the equipment on the entire line is operating normally and the technical indicators meet the design requirements.
