The LBK vertical fully automatic filter press is a device that separates solids and liquids in materials through high-pressure filtration and high-pressure air-drying. It has the characteristics of large production capacity, high degree of automation, and low moisture content of the filter cake. How it works:
1. Static pressure filtration
Filtration stage: After the filter plate frame is closed and sealed, the slurry enters each filter chamber through the slurry tube at the same time. Under the action of the static pressure of the feed pump, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and enters the filtrate tube. The solid was trapped in each filter chamber by the filter cloth.
2. Diaphragm extrusion
One-time extrusion: High-pressure water (high-pressure air) enters the top of the diaphragm through the hose, and the diaphragm extrudes the filter cake towards the surface of the filter cloth.
3. Wash the filter cake
Washing (optional stage): The washing liquid is pumped to the filter chamber in the same way as the slurry. Since the washing liquid fills the filter chamber, the diaphragm is lifted, and the washing liquid flows into the filtrate tube through the filter cake and filter cloth under the pressure of the pump.
4. Diaphragm extrusion
Secondary extrusion (optional stage): The washing liquid left in the filter chamber after the washing stage is extruded out of the filter cake by the method in the second stage above, realizing the replacement washing function.
5. Air drying:
The compressed air entering the filter chamber takes away the moisture remaining between the filter cake particles, thereby reducing the moisture content of the filter cake to the optimal extent while emptiing the filtrate in the filtrate chamber.
6. Automatic cake removal and automatic filter cloth cleaning
Filter cake discharge: When the drying process is completed, the plate and frame assembly is opened, the filter cloth driving mechanism begins to run, the filter cake on the filter cloth is automatically discharged from both sides of the filter press (or single force). At the same time, the washing water is vigorously cleaned by the high-pressure nozzle.
